What your team shares, and what it doesn't.
- Each person logs hours slept, sleep quality, mood and energy, and whether they did a Team Kit ritual.
- Everyone sees their own trends.
- The team sees averages only, and only on days when at least three people checked in.
- Nobody, including the lead, sees anyone else's entries.
