Health notice
The short version: Dai is a coach, not a doctor or a therapist.
Nothing on this site, or in any talk, workshop, coaching session or programme, is medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or mental health care. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition plan, especially if you have an injury, a heart condition, high blood pressure or diabetes, take medication, are pregnant, or have not trained in a while. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or chest discomfort. You train at your own risk, and your choices are your own.
Stress, burnout and mental health
Executive coaching and our writing on burnout, sleep and stress are about habits and performance. They are not therapy and do not replace a doctor, psychologist or counsellor. If you are struggling, please talk to one. If you are in crisis in Canada, call or text 9-8-8 any time, or call 911.
Food and nutrition
Food guidance here is general coaching for healthy adults, not a prescribed diet. If you have kidney disease or diabetes, a history of disordered eating, or are under medical care for your weight, get sign-off from your doctor or a registered dietitian first.
Events and retreats
Physical activity at a workshop, retreat or event is optional and scaled to you. You may be asked to sign a separate release before taking part.
Results
Results vary. Client stories are real and shared with permission, but no outcome is promised or guaranteed.
