One-to-one coaching for founders and executives carrying real weight. Leadership, health, relationships and performance treated as one problem, because they are. The practice is deliberately small and application only.
New coaching engagements begin January 2027. Applications are open now, and fit conversations happen through the autumn.
The terms
Clear before you commit.
- Retainer
- $2,500 CAD per month, billed monthly
- Commitment
- 3-month minimum, then month to month until cancelled
- First step
- A free 20-minute call. Always.
Every retainer starts with a conversation. If it is a fit, Dai sends a private payment link and the terms are agreed in writing before anything is billed.
