MERGE Fitness Consulting

Work with Dai.

The full picture in one place: how the work is priced, where the experience comes from and exactly how to book. No rate card theatre, no invented case studies.

Pricing

Scope first. Then a number that does not move.

There is no rate card, and that is deliberate. Pricing follows scope: what the constraint is, how big the work is and whether Dai is the right fit for it. Once the scope is agreed, a clear quote follows, and the number does not move afterwards. Some questions settle in a short engagement, others run longer. Scope is set before the work starts.

Proof

Operating history, not invented case studies.

Consulting case studies are usually written to impress. These are the two seats Dai actually sits in, and the work comes from both.

The gym floor: CrossFit BC

Dai co-owns CrossFit BC in Vancouver with his wife, Christie. He is on the floor, not above it: members, coaches, retention, programming and the daily realities of running a gym. The consulting advice comes from a business he still runs, not one he left years ago.

The operating seat

He was a partner and Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar fitness retail company. He has lived what growth asks of systems, people and leadership, including the parts nobody warns you about.

Booking

How booking works.

01

Send the note

A short message through the enquiry form below: the business, your role and the constraint that keeps sliding. Two paragraphs is plenty.

02

A real reply

Dai reads every message himself and replies from daimanuel@daimanuel.com. If the fit looks wrong, he says so.

03

The conversation

A call about the actual constraint. Vancouver owners can meet face to face. Everything else runs remotely, with on-site visits when they earn their place.

04

Scope, then price

Once the scope is clear, a clear quote follows. The number does not move afterwards. The work never starts with a number.

Bring the real operating question.

A short note about the business and the constraint is enough to start. Fit and scope come before pricing. No flattery required.

Name the constraint. That is the whole first step.
