The
Marriott Hotel
at LAX airport is your atypical hotel filled with all the amenities that you'd expect from a large hotel chain (huge bonus points for the free wifi and Starbucks in the lobby).
Like many hotels I've frequented over the years, the LAX Marriott's gym is complete with all the usuals: treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and some Cybex strength pieces with a small assortment of free weights. All great options to get a workout in, but you that know me and my workout routines, I had to do something completely different.

My 3-part hotel WOD
Note the following will take roughly 20 to 25 minutes to complete. Modify accordingly based on your time. Enjoy!
Part 1: 3 rounds NFT (Not For Time)
25 x Walking lunges w/35lbs dumbbells
25 x alternating lateral steps w/red 41" band
Part 2: 3 rounds for time
10 x chest-to-deck burpees
25 x walking lunges w/35lbs dumbbells
My time was 3:38
Part 3: 10 rounds for time
5 x push-ups
10 x sit-ups
15 x air squats
My time was 4:57
After all the above was completed I spent 15 minutes using my travel roller and doing some
Mobility WOD
stretching.
