Training with friends is one of the best upsides of working out. For me, there's a ton of benefits to exercising with friends and here's my
top 5:
- Social: A great opportunity to socialize with like-minded people
- Accountability: There's no getting out of a workout if you've committed the time to a friend
- Competition: Its nice having someone there to push you and pace yourself along
- Fun: Let's face it, working out alone is boring at times, but working out with friends is always entertaining
- Encouragement: Reaching a new personal best or completing an exercise for the first time and getting a high-five from your bud, well, that's AWESOME!
