Yesterday was a good day! I was feeling pretty ambitious. After all it was only about 32 degrees outside and 38 degrees in my box (garage) so pretty much perfect conditions for an endurance workout. LOL! Yup, you guessed it, I had a little bit of aggression to get out of my system and so I created a new WOD for just that – Moose’s “Aggro 500″!
Warm-up: 2,000 meter row (time was 7:29 – nice relaxing pace)
Work-out:
- 185lbs Dead-lifts x 100 reps (for time), followed by 2-minute rest;
- 135lbs squats x 100 reps (for time), followed by 2-minute rest;
- Push-ups x 100 reps (for time), followed by 2-minute rest;
- 95lbs thrusters x 100 reps (for time), followed by 2-minute rest;
- Ab-mat sit-ups x 100 reps (for time).
Add up all your work-out times for a final “Aggro 500″ time.
My time for this workout was 50:01 – the breakdown is 10:47, 9:41, 6:04, 18:04, 5:25.
